Carefully review their "terms and conditions" of their contract
they advertise"free shipping"............cost me $20 to return..........$10 to return it, they charged me $10 when they got it back....................... I paid $100..........after shipping, I was returned $80...........do the math............not free...............there are other online sellers which offer a more user friendly policy I logged back on to their site to look for my review, I didn't see it.
I was approached by a sales agent..............I asked where to find reviews.....they were not visible. If they are accessible, I wasn't able to find them.
the only ones available were from 2016. when I shared this with the agent, our "chat" was promptly terminated...............THE ONLY REVIEWS ARE FIVE STAR, they're from two thousand and sixteen..........there are no reviews from two thousand and seventeen.........

the watch has a bad movement and send it back for repair, called several times to know about the status of the watch, every time I was told a different story about where or when is the watch....finally I asked to talk a Supervisor name Harry S. He said I will ship the watch back today....true..it was shipped the day...but when received it.
the watch came full of scratches allover and big dents on back, probably made when opened....and also had a chipped crystal.....Call back with a complaint and send pictures of all the damages and asking to get it fix. They fixed the metal scratches but not the crystal.....I believe that they should be honest about the job done...and be responsible for fixing the entire watch nor only what they can fixed in house....they think they did a favor by fixing the scratches....but what they did is to fix the damages cause by them......Harry asked me to talk to a manager name Ezzie Schaff, I have called him and talked to him about the watch. but he was no help at all...he said they are very professional in their bussines... but I aked him why they were delaying the shipment....and please to find out who scratched the watch...he do not have to tell me...but tell his emplyes to be honest when they damage any item...we do not have to pay for their mistakes.....

Certified Watch Store messaged me to see if they could answer any questions (typical bot program I'm guessing). I had a few questions and they asked me to wait for an actual representative...No prob.
Ten minutes after I ask my questions, no response or follow up, so i ask if someone is still on their way to help. No response. Then 30 minutes later, I finally say bye and several minutes after that someone responds with just "We're not Jet.com"... They said that because I thought I was on Jet.com (Jet.com apparently directed me straight to the vendor website selling that specific item I was shopping for..)
So I figure, great. Now I know exactly who to write a bad review for... zero customer service, then I get insulted with still no actual help on the item I would like to purchase? Worst non-service ever. Maybe I would not have felt insulted if your business first apologized for the delay then kindly corrected my mistake about the company I was working with... then actually answered my questions. I refuse to ever purchase from Certified Watch Store and will tell others about my own experience with this company.

Beware the warranty
I purchased a Hamilton Khaki Field Watch from Certified Watch Store, partly because of their warranty, which states that they "honor the original factory warranty's terms and conditions for the time duration list below", which for a Hamilton watch was two years. Hamilton's factory warranty terms are to replace the watch if there is any defect in the watch within the first two years.
One of the listed features on the watch is that it is water resistant to 100 meters. The first time I dove with the watch underwater to about 30 meters, it filled with moisture, and the crown was ruined to the point that it slid off of the watch. When I sent in the watch to Certified Watch Store for warranty service, they kept it for a few weeks, and then sent it back to me still full of moisture, and with the crown sliding off. No explanation, just a useless watch that I bought from them for over $400 a few weeks prior.
Speaking to Certified Watch Store on the phone is maddening, as they rudely point out that their warranty never would actually replace a watch, only repair, and they don't warrant use underwater, and it must have been my fault anyway. To their defense, it's important to point out that if you keep scrolling way down page two of their warranty description, ignoring the top part where they say they "honor the original factory warranty's terms and conditions", they eventually do describe that they don't warrant water damage, and they never say they will replace a watch, only repair it.
So the condescending phone support people are right - the small print at the bottom completely contradicts what the warranty says up top. Certified Watch Store has great prices on quality watches - just pray that you never need support from them.
